The 90 minute IPA might be the best IPA I have ever had. IPA's are a taste you love or not, but worth a try.

I think you have to be attracted to the "hoppiness" in beer to really truly enjoy and appreciate the IPA's and even the PALE ales for that matter. Actually recently I moved back to PA and noticed that the local breweries around this area have implemented an obscene amount of hops into all their local beers. Especially the "Amber" style beers.

Anyway the Dogfish Head is a great brand of beer. I have been able to go to their resteraunt a few times and the whole place is immaculate. Any beer they make either it be the Imperial Brown Ale to the 120 IPA is sooooo special. My personal experience with the 60 minute is fabulous. But personally I am a 120 minute man myself.

Yeah, I'm not much of an IPA fan I guess. While I haven't had many, a lot of people seem to consider the Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale an IPA and I would agree. Both good beers certainly, just not my thing personally!

If you don't like dogfish head 60 minute IPA, you probably don't like the IPA style of beer. I have yet to drink an IPA that isnt bitter as sin, but I love bitter so it's good for me. I love all the Dogfish head beers, but their 90 minute and 75 (or is it 70?) minute IPAs are the best.

Try a Burning River Pale ale from Great Lakes Brewing. Very interesting. I found this on tap in a couple of locations in Ohio. Hoppy and good. I am an English pub bitter fan and I enjoyed this on tap and in the bottle.

The first one can be the only clean, clear and sober one. The presentation if you will.

The last one (of however many) only adds to the strength of the effect and the duration of the activity, not the clearity of the taste.

Yup, only had one, but as I had mentioned I would be willing to try it again or maybe one of the other IPA varieties mentioned. A lot of people really like this brew - the style just didn't click for me at the time!
