		<description>I&#039;m glad the beer arrived safely and that I have perhaps quenched some of your curiousity about what the stuff actually tastes like. 

I agree, &#039;tart flavour with a sour finish&#039; is about right and it&#039;s very much an acquired taste. That&#039;s why many Lambics are blended with fruit juice to temper that tartness. Think back to those sour cherry sweets you used to get when you were young - well I did anyway. 

Anyway I figured it best to let you try the basic Lambic first.  If I win the lottery I&#039;ll try sending some fruit Lambics!
