I agree, 'tart flavour with a sour finish' is about right and it's very much an acquired taste. That's why many Lambics are blended with fruit juice to temper that tartness. Think back to those sour cherry sweets you used to get when you were young - well I did anyway. Anyway I figured it best to let you try the basic Lambic first.
