As I sit here in my, (non-wife beating blue) singlet and STUBBIES, (we really need to get that thong misconception worked out, in Oz thongs go on your feet, dammit), I think back to the purchase of our last Holden. The perfection of its cup holders were 90 percent of the reason to buy it.

Also, choose an automatic gearbox, it's so much easier to drink and drive.

Food flavoured beer? We've been known to refer to our beers as 'steak and eggs in a can' but we rely on our imagination to fill in the flavours.

Coops200ad’s last blog post..Fatal Cure - Chapter 87

As sick as it sounds there is a homebrewing recipe for a chicken beer (hen or chicken, I'm not sure). The beer is related in Charlie Papazian's The Complete Joy of Homebrewing (pages 95-97 in the third edition). I'm going to take a shot in the dark and guess that this is what the person who posted about the turkey beer might have been talking about. It actually originally comes from a book by Edward Spencer; The Fowling Bowl: A Treatise on Drinks of All Kinds and of All Periods, Interspersed with Sundry Anecdotes and Reminiscences. He goes on to give the recipe.
