I think I've seen the "Budvar" lager Bob previously reviewed, but I've never seen this dark lager or that strong stuff either. Maybe in time it'll make its way over. Black lager IS tough to wrap your mind around. I have to say that I agree with you when you talking about the presuppositions that people hold about dark=ale and pale=lager. People get shocked when I break out my home brewed black lager. They assume guinness or porter and get a nice surprise. I'd like to try some more of the stuff some these guys. I would love to try that super strong your talking about.
