Thanks Don. It's been a fun ride and I'm glad you were a part of it! Don, always remember, its hard to separate a man from his yams!

@Matt - Thanks for stopping in. I got both of these beers because a lot of people seemed to like them - I figured they couldn't be too bad, and they weren't. I think I would have just liked them better @ a lover ABV. Cheers!

Well Scott, all I can say Is I'm glad its over for this year, and that you made it through! I learned a lot about pumpkin brews, and I think you learned that at 3.5 stars for your favorite, pumpkin just isn't as good a concept as you would like it to be. At least now you can say you gave them a fair shot and really came away with a feeling like no one has put it all together yet. Who knows maybe you're a Yam Man. Try and pry one of the Autumn Maples out of my brother's hands. He bought 5 of them. He wouldn't send me one, but perhaps proximity is thicker than blood. Good luck on your quest, even though it has come to a close for '09. It was entertaining! Onto Christmas Brews!
-Don

I liked the Pumking AND the Weyerbacher because of their higher ABV. I like beers with a kick, and if the alcohol flavor comes through a bit that's OK too!
