Emperor Norton’s Cinnamon Stout turned out to be one of the beers I enjoyed on New Year’s Eve, but it turned from a thing of joy to a thing of horror within two sips!

Smuttynose Winter Ale is an interesting beer to say the least! I guess one could consider it a ‘Winter Warmer’, but then there’s a twist. Leave it to the folks at Smuttynose to throw in a twist!

I recently picked up a bottle of the Harpoon Chocolate Stout as something of an impulse purchase. I like Chocolate Stouts, but I haven’t been too impressed with the Harpoon Brewing offerings I’ve had so far.

Its been a long time since any Milk Stout beer reviews have graced the electronic pages of The Brew Club, but that’s going to change today! Today, we have what many people consider the best Milk Stout available on tap. Its the Milk Stout from the Left Hand Brewing Company out in Longmont, Colorado!
