I can’t tell you how many times people fill out our “contact us” form inquiring where they can buy this beer, or that beer in their local area. I’m in Jersey, so if you’re asking where you can buy Sierra Nevada Pale Ale in Memphis, I’m not going to be of much use.
It got so frequent, that I added some bold-faced text to the page explaining that The Brew Club does not sell beer, does not distribute beer and is not the face of any beer company on Earth.
Still the emails come in!
I’m going to write another post about them soon, which should be interesting.
Anyway, when people ask me where they can buy a certain beer online, I do try to be minimally useful and usually refer them to Brewforia or Brusin Ales.
I’ve never ordered from either of these places, but both have a notable online presence and seem to be worthy of consideration. Of course, no-one ever lets me know how their quest turned out, but that’s fodder for another post!
So, I thought it might be a good idea to reach out to you and ask, where do you shop when you’re buying beer online?
What places have you done business with? Positives? Negatives? Have you shopped there again?
Let us know in the comments section, and in the future I’ll have some more suggestions for the hapless form-fillers!

I tend not to buy beer online, preferring to browse beermongers when I stumble across them, or in the case of Brewtopia in London’s Borough Market, making a detour to visit.
That said, regular Brewclub members will know that I’m a Brewdog fan, and I have been known to order from them from time to time.
I’m more of an in-person shopper as well, Bob. Fortunately where I live, I have quite a few places that have a nice selection. I can almost always find something at the 3-4 places I frequent most often.
