Disclosure Policy
This blog does sell advertising in the form of banners, and affiliate commissions for products that may or may not be discussed or endorsed by the owner of the blog.
The Brew Club website is an affiliate for products that may or may not be of use or interest to our readers. Any time a purchase is made through an affiliate link on this site, I make a percentage of the sale. For that reason, you should assume I have motivation for linking to everything on this website and may benefit from it in some way or another, monetarily or otherwise.
While not usually the case, for my protection it should be assumed that the beers and products or books reviewed on The Brew Club are sent as free samples from distributors, brewers, or other interested parties. Regardless, we do our best to be objective. We care about our readers more than the few free products we get to review from time to time, and I’m not likely to waste my time reviewing a free item if I think it is a waste of my or your time as well.
Regarding any of the other products discussed here, like Home Brewing Kits, books, clothing, beer clubs, etc, links to those products may be affiliate links where a small commission is made on a purchase. By affiliate link, I mean that if you click on the link in a review and end up purchasing that item, I get a commission. Please note that I did receive a free Coopers Home Brew Kit used in my review of the product.
We hope that you don’t mind this because the commissions help offset the costs of running a website such as this, and sometimes provides for some beer money! I can tell you that whatever affiliate sales I have made so far will never repay the thousands of hours that I’ve put into making this a quality site, and hopefully a trustworthy and useful resource to you.
